Robert Glynn leads field safety execution at SurePoint Safety, bringing structure, accountability, and real-world control to complex construction environments were plans meet reality.

He began his career in the trades as a laborer and shop steward, giving him firsthand understanding of jobsite realities, union environments, and the pressure crews face in the field. This foundation allows him to enforce safety standards with credibility and respect — not just authority.

With more than 20 years of construction experience and over a decade dedicated to safety leadership, Robert has served as the lead safety professional on large-scale commercial and industrial projects, overseeing high-risk activities, multiple trades, and fast-moving schedules. He is known for translating safety programs into clear, practical expectations that crews actually follow.

Robert works closely with superintendents, foremen, and project leadership to integrate safety into production without slowing work or creating conflict. His approach reduces incidents, prevents shutdowns, and protects both workers and contractors when scrutiny is highest.

He holds BCSP credentials (CHST, GSP) and completed OSHA 510 Construction Safety and Health, along with extensive training across emergency response and high-hazard operations.

Andrea Glynn serves as Co-Founder and Director of Operations for SurePoint Safety, where she leads the systems, documentation, and quality infrastructure that ensures safety programs are not only implemented in the field — but fully documented, verified, and defensible at every stage of a project.

Her background spans over two decades managing high-consequence work in regulated, deadline-driven environments where mistakes create delays, cost overruns, or legal exposure. Andrea has led coordination efforts for complex project workflows, ensuring scope completeness, on-time delivery, and clean handoffs between teams — even when work was constrained by regulatory windows, scheduling restrictions, and external approvals.

Andrea's experience includes supporting engineering and technical projects where timing, sequencing, and documentation determined success, as well as legal environments where accuracy, clarity, and written records carried lasting consequences. Her formal safety training includes:
